The Dining Room at Lincombe Hall
Designed by the renowned Ashton House Design, the Dining Room is a fine dining experience for Torquay, hosted by Head Chef, Jon Pearce and Head Pastry Chef, Jordan Bartholomew. With limited tables available, the Dining Room offers an exclusive and intimate space for your dining pleasure.
Open for service everyday (excluding Wednesdays and Sundays) from 6:30pm until 9pm.

Awarded 2 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence, the Dining Room offers exceptional food and outstanding service. We are proud to support local suppliers and use fresh, locally sourced produce in our dishes which makes it even more delicous.

Meet the Chef
Head Chef, Jon Pearce, has worked in some of the busiest, high quality kitchens and restaurants across the South West.
After gaining an NVQ in Professional Cookery he joined Le Bistrot Pierre in 2014 as a Commis Chef, learning to cook fresh food at a high volume. His career progressed as Junior Sous Chef for Richardson Hotels gaining strong experience in fine dining, ordering produce and desiging menus.
Before Lincombe Hall, at Woodbury Park Hotel's Atrium restaurant he cemented his taste for creating inspirational AA Rosette fine dining.
Patisserie excellence
Complementing Jon's cookery is Head Pastry Chef, Jordan Bartholomew, Lincombe Hall's specialist in mouth-watering pastries and cake delights.
Designer of Torquay's (and some say the South West's) best Afternoon Tea, Jordan first focused on patesserie at South Devon College before joining the Royal Seven Stars Hotel where he refined his skills. Before Lincombe Hall he was Head Pastry Chef and then Head Chef at Thurlestone Hotel, delivering 2 AA Rosette pastries, the standard he sets in The Dining Room at Lincombe Hall.
