Lincombe Spa Terms & Conditions
Important: The credit/debit card used to book must be presented on arrival along with matching photo ID. Should you not have the physical bank card, we can accept viewing the last 4 digits via Apple Pay/Android Pay or proof of the original transaction via your online banking. If none of the above is available, the only alternative is to refund the original transaction and take payment again on our PDQ machine.
Ammendments/Cancellations: Should you wish to make any changes, please contact us before 72 hours of your booking. Once within 72 hours, we cannot make ammendments, date changes or issue a refund.
Parking: Car parking is available at the hotel. To ensure sufficient spaces for our guests, you must leave your registration details with Reception upon arrival at the hotel and this is your responsibility to ensure these are correctly entered. Lincombe Hall Hotel & Spa are not liable for any charges incurred for not following the correct procedures.
What to Expect: We will provide you with a spa robe, towel and flip flops. Our changing rooms have Templespa toiletries for your use as well hairdryers (and GHD hair straighteners in the ladies' changing room).
Please note that if you are late this may result a reduction in the duration of your treatment. In this event there will be no deduction in the price charged. Treatment times include consultation and aftercare advice.
Attire: We ask that swimwear or underwear is worn for all treatments – we do offer disposable underwear if preferred.
Spa Ettiquette: Please be mindful of other Spa users and take telephone conversations away from the facilities. We kindly ask that your phone is on silent at all times whilst in the Spa area, including the reception and treatment rooms.
Adults Only: Lincombe Spa is for use by guests aged 18 years and older. 16 & 17 years are allowed to use the Spa when accompanied by an adult.
Lincombe Hall Hotel is 'Just for Adults' which means that all guests staying overnight at the hotel must be 18 years of age or over. We however, do allow guests 16 years of age if accompanied by an adult.
Health Conditions: Please confide any health conditions, allergies, injuries or if you are pregnant when making your reservation to ensure the treatments we provide are appropriate and safe. On arrival you will be asked to complete a wellbeing form so that our therapists can provide you with the best possible treatment and care. Lincombe Spa cannot be held responsible for any changes to treatments or cancellations that occur due to non-disclosure of medical conditions at the time of booking.
Temple Spa: To continue and maintain your treatment at home we have wide range of the products used in our treatments that can be purchased from our Spa. Your therapist will recommend products for you to use in the comfort of your home.
Media/Photography: Lincombe Spa reserves the right to maintain copyright of any photographs taken within our property (both in the Spa and the hotel). Any professional photography or filming must be pre-authorised by a Manager of Powis Group Ltd. Powis Group Ltd does not permit press or blog reviews by members of the press, guests or members of the public without prior consent.
