Children
Children sharing a room with two adults - per child per night 
Age 3-15 - half adult price
Age 0-2 - free of charge when using own cot and bedding
Cot and/or Bedding Hire - £10 per night
If sharing with one adult in a double/twin room, then full rates apply

Single Occupancy
Single Occupancy in a Double Room - per night - 50% supplement 
EXCEPT Xmas and New Year Packages when the additional
charge is 50% in a Standard Room and 75% in a Superior or Gold Room 

Four Poster Room
Additional charge of £5pppn

One Night Stays
Minimum 2 Night Stay applies for Saturdays all year and Fridays from June
through to end of September - late availability for one night Friday or Saturdays sometimes available - telephone bookings only

Single Sex Groups
We do not accept single sex groups (stag or hen parties, birthday party groups) except by special arrangement. We would ask that you do not book single sex groups through our website as your booking may be declined on arrival 

Dogs
We accept well behaved small dogs at a charge of £15 per night in a limited
number of rooms in the West Wing.
Dogs are not allowed in the Main Hotel or Public areas.

7 night £10 off per person not applicable 23rd December 2012 to 2nd January 2013

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Special Offers and Discounted Rates
All Special Offers are subject to availability, may be time limited or withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated and agreed at time of booking.

No Shows/Early Departures
In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, no show or early departure notified to us after arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposits
In the event of a cancellation, all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Credit Card Charges
A 2% charge is made for all credit card transactions. No charge is made for debit card or cheque payments. We do not accept Diners Cards or American Express Cards.

Payment of Extras
For all bookings, we require a Credit or Debit Card to guarantee your final account and extras charges. All card records are kept secure and we comply with legislation for protection of credit and debit card records and data protection.  

Guarantee of Payment of Hotel Charges
On arrival you will be asked to sign a registration form guaranteeing payment of all incurred hotel charges.

Website Bookings
Bookings made via our website or via third party websites are accepted on a provisional basis only and are not confirmed bookings until written confirmation is provided.
