Conference Room - Facilities and Charges
The Lincombe Hall Hotel offers conference facilities for up to 50 delegates. We can accommodate boardroom style meetings or just as easily a theatre style layout. The room has been completely refurbished and offers a full range of audio-visual requirements including projector and large drop down screen, DVD and surround sound, flip chart, wired internet and a range of seating arrangements for informal and formal meeting.
The room measuring 7.5m by 5.5m holds up to 50 delegates theatre style, and 20-30 delegates for business meetings.
We can provide a full lunch served in our Restaurant or a fork or finger buffet served in the lounge. During breaks, delegates can relax in our comfortable sofas or on the patio and enjoy freshly brewed coffee, tea or a cold drink with Danish pastries or biscuits.

- Half day (up to 5 hours) - £75
- Hourly - £25 per hour
