Lincombe Hall Apartments
In addition to our 44 refurbished bedrooms in the hotel, we also have 2 recently converted Torquay Holiday Apartments situated on the grounds of our luxury Torquay hotel. Each self-catering Torquay holiday apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and is very spacious, including seperate lounge areas and dining space as well as oversized showers, patio areas and sofas with large screen TV's in the lounge area.
Both Torquay holiday apartments are offered on a room only basis, however, breakfast and dinner can be added on, giving you the ideal amount of flexibility during your stay. All the facilities of the hotel including bar, lounge, entertainment and the leisure facilities are available as part of the price and the apartments can be taken on a short (as little as one night) or long term basis (max one month with possible extensions). The charges include full housekeeping services on all short term lets (less than 2 weeks) or by arrangement for longer term lets.
The smaller of the two apartments, includes a kitchenette area in the lounge with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, lounge area with dining table for up to 4 people, double sofabed and comfy chairs, 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, one bedroom with kingsize/twin bed and 22" flat screen TV.
The larger of the two apartments, includes a full kitchen (oven, hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster), large shower room, seperate toilet, large lounge with dining area for up to 6 people and two sofas, 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, two bedrooms; one kingsize/twin bedroom, one double bedroom, both with 22" flat screen TV's with Freeview.
The Apartments are part of a separate building situated very close to the main hotel. To access the apartments requires a short walk outside, either from the rear door of the hotel (situated in the end lounge) or across the front of the hotel to the rear drive (20 metres from the main entrance) - see marker 8 - Access to Rear of Hotel on Location map and then a further 10-20 metres walk along Lower Woodfield Road to marker 9 - Apartment 1 entrance or marker 10 - Apartment 2 entrance.
